If you do some reseach, you can see the Thames Trader he purchased around the same time, which is the source of the nice GPW.

He also purchased a prime mover shorlty after that, so you can bet that if he were not exposed, he would be listing a GPW prime mover in the near future.

The winning bidder of the Euclid emailed me back and said he doesn't know what to do, as he does not want to risk getting a negative feedback.

Yes Mark, my thoughts exactly, the negative feedback can be followed up with a rebutal so why be in fear of the Negative, better than shelling out $600 plus.

Certainly the seller must read this forum. If the buyer informs the seller they have evidence of his fraud (this thread), wouldn't he be shamed into recending this sell...immediately?

The buyer has not paid for this item yet - and I think he just wants to leave it at that and let OFAS handle it from here. Only problem with that is OFAS could care less. The email they sent me said they would investigate and take approriate action, but they also said that suspension was only for those who continually abuse. We'll see.
